What we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it. Written for people, not lawyers.
To fulfill an order we collect your name, delivery address, email and phone number. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we never see or store your card number. If you subscribe to our letter we keep your email address and the date you joined.
With your consent we use analytics (Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics) and marketing tools (Meta Pixel) to understand which pieces people look at and to show you our work elsewhere. Nothing loads until you choose in the consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the footer.
Under applicable US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the GDPR for visitors in Europe, you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We do not sell personal information. Write to hello@dazzlingdesi.com and we respond within 30 days. Order records are kept for the period required by tax law and then deleted.
