Insured delivery across the US, complimentary over $150, and 14-day returns.
Every order is shipped insured, tracked and signed for. Within the US, standard delivery takes three to six business days and is complimentary on orders of $150 or more ($12 below that). Express delivery arrives in two business days for $25. Internationally, delivery takes seven to fourteen business days; duties are shown at checkout where we collect them, and otherwise payable on arrival.
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn piece with its tags, certificate and packaging intact. Request a return from your order page and we email a prepaid label. Refunds go to the original payment method within seven business days of the piece reaching us.
Exchanges of size are free: request one from your order page and the replacement ships when the original is scanned by the carrier. Jewelry must be unworn and returned in its box.
Every package is insured. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the package and the piece before unpacking further and write to us within 48 hours; we replace or refund in full.
