The terms that apply when you buy from Dazzling Desi.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. We do not inflate prices to discount them; a price is the price. Orders are confirmed when payment is authorized. If a pricing error is discovered before shipping we will contact you and offer the correct price or a full refund.
Every handwoven piece ships with a card naming its craft and region, and jewelry is described by its metal, plating and stones on the product page. If a piece is ever found not to be as described, we refund it in full.
A portion of every sale supports the rural weavers and artisans who make our pieces. This is a commitment of Dazzling Desi, included in the price; it is not a donation by you and does not affect your consumer rights or any refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [PLACEHOLDER] and the United States. [PLACEHOLDER: registered entity, address and jurisdiction.]
